We don't have a sales team, and we'll never cold-call you. We'll never try to sell you anything that you don't need and we'll always work hard to find the windows, doors or conservatory that is right for your home. We are happy to publish the fact that our sales appointments rarely last longer than 30 minutes as we are confident that our service and prices will provide you with enough to be able to make a decision. We are very proud of the fact that we don't offer over inflated prices that come with an equally inflated discount. The quotation that you will receive will be tailored to your requirements and will be a true reflection of the goods and services that you have asked for; no gimmicks or tricks. We offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee with every installation and this cover means you can have peace of mind against defects. We also register our installations with FENSA, which was set up by the Glazing and Glass Federation (GGF), and means that we comply with building regulations as part of our membership. We are independently vetted and must pass regular assessments to maintain membership. The installation will benefit from a certificate to verify compliance that is normally required when completing a house sale.

Finally, we also insist on a 7 day cooling off period as part of the sale contract, meaning that our customers can relax knowing that they have time to reflect after signing.
